Director Of GrowthBecome the reason great agents choose us - and never want to leave. Totally About Houses is on a mission to become the #1 brokerage in Kentucky, and we do it a different way. We call it the third way: not a franchise that swallows the agent, not a boutique where the broker overshadows. Your name on the sign, not ours - we build the agent's brand, business, and wealth. We're looking for an extroverted, goal-driven marketing and recruiting leader to own that promise. As our Director of Growth, you'll lead our marketing team, build the TAH brand across every channel, and be accountable for one clear outcome: top-producing agents reach out to us unprompted, and the agents we already have stay proud to fly the TAH flag. You'll own agent-attraction campaigns, our recruiting-brand strategy, agent-retention marketing, and the marketing budget - and you'll hand qualified agent leads to our recruiting team to close. If you're a self-motivated leader who loves picking up the phone, building relationships, managing a team, and hitting goals, we want to meet you. A real estate license is not required - marketing and recruiting experience is. Apply today if this describes you!
