Director of Resident Services – Senior Living

Vi Living, a luxury senior living company, seeks a Director of Resident Services to lead resident-facing operations in our continuing care retirement community. In this on-site role, you will oversee resident services programs, coordinate with healthcare and hospitality teams, manage move-ins and assessments, and ensure exceptional, personalized experiences. You will lead and develop a service-focused team, champion a resident-first culture, monitor satisfaction, and ensure regulatory and company compliance. Lead and manage resident services programs and staff for a luxury senior living community Develop and implement policies, procedures, and service standards that support a resident-first culture Coordinate with healthcare, dining, activities, and facilities teams to deliver seamless resident experiences Oversee resident move-ins, assessments, care coordination, and service planning Monitor resident satisfaction, respond to concerns, and drive continuous service improvements Train, coach, and evaluate resident services team members to ensure high performance Manage department budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards Partner with families and external providers to support resident needs Report operational and quality metrics to community and corporate leadership Resident services management Senior living operations Team leadership and supervision Care coordination and assessments Customer service in healthcare or hospitality Regulatory and compliance knowledge (senior living/healthcare) Budgeting and resource management Conflict resolution and complaint management Cross-functional collaboration Data-driven service quality improvement Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) or equivalent state license preferred Certified Director of Assisted Living (CDAL) or similar senior living credential preferred CPR/First Aid certification preferred Background in gerontology, healthcare administration, or social services a plus
