$30–$34/HR TO START — DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
YOU NEED TO: Have solid excavation/construction experience
- Know how torun heavy equipment
- Know how to lead a crew and keep a job moving
- Have aCDL OR be willing to get one
- Be dependable and show up ready to work
- Know how to read plans, follow grades, and understand the job
- Take pride in doing the jobright, not just fast
- Be able to work hard and work safely
THE RIGHT GUY FOR THIS JOB: You're the guy who can jump in an excavator, skid steer, or loader when needed, keep the crew organized, solve problems when they come up, and keep the project moving.
We don't need someone who juststands around and points.
We need someone whoknows what they're doing and leads by example.
