Regional Manager/SMEThe Regional Manager/SME will be responsible for the overall business, accounts growth, delivery oversight, and customer relationship of large utility industry programs across the assigned geography. The role involves leading multi-million-dollar portfolios, driving operational excellence, managing P&L, overseeing large cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer success in utility domains such as power generation, transmission, distribution, renewables, grid modernization, ADMS, EMS, SCADA, and digital utility transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieving operational excellence and resource management along with customer experience.
Develop and implement regional strategies: Create and execute regional business plans, strategic plan aligned with the organization's global objectives.
Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional leaders, customers, partners, and internal teams.
Team leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals cutting across services, support, and engineering WS, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between regional teams, global HQ for utilities, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Adhere to all quality processes.
Ability to be part of an on-call rotation for after business hour customer calls.
Ability to travel to customer sites.

Salary range: $144,670 - $195,730 a year.
