Job Description:
Job Description We are seeking an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative to join our client, a global logistics leader backed by the world's largest logistics network. You'll enter shipment orders into our Transportation Management System, make check calls to drivers for tracking and GPS setup, schedule pickup and delivery appointments with shippers and consignees, and retrieve PODs and paperwork from vendors. You'll also keep account managers informed of issues and help resolve them, maintain strong relationships with associates and carriers, protect confidential information, and support project work as needed.

A self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with excellent phone, written, and computer skills who communicates well with a wide range of people.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED and fluent English. Experience in order entry, appointment scheduling, and track-and-trace is preferred; transportation industry experience is a plus.
