Quality Assurance Manager (Louisville Metropolitan Area)

Position Summary: Responsible for auditing internal and external processes, communications and policies. Ensure that every product meets a certain set of standards which they determine based on customer expectations. Develop documentation detailing company standards which employees are expected to adhere to.

Facilitate Advanced Product Planning discussions and coordinate implementation into product lines. Train necessary personnel on quality inspection and assurance methods Overtime as needed Perform other duties as assigned Essential skills and experience: Bachelor's degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills, including general familiarity of computer systems/typing Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings Ability to motivate others to achieve established goals Ability to assign people task based upon given directions Read English and Basic Math Skills
