M-Works Search is partnering with a well-established global manufacturer seeking two Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians for its permanent night shift. This is a true multi-craft maintenance role supporting production equipment—not a maintenance helper or facilities-only position. What you'll do:
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic problems
- Troubleshoot PLC controls and AC/DC drives
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment improvements
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints and technical drawings
- Support fabrication and welding activities as needed
What we're looking for:
- Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Hands-on industrial electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
- Experience with PLCs, drives, hydraulics and pneumatics is a plus
- Technical training or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience
- Fabrication and welding experience beneficial, but not required
- Dependable, safety-focused and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
