Board Certified Behavior Analyst ABA Clinic

Licensed Behavior AnalystCCSN Behavioral Health is excited to announce that due to our growth and expansion, we are seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to support our ABA Clinic based in Glastonbury, CT. Primary responsibilities include: Providing behavior analytic direct treatment and supervision to children and adolescents with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders in both clinic and community settings Providing supervision to a team of behavior technicians Providing and facilitating family support and training The successful candidate will possess: Experience in delivering evidence-based treatment to children with ASD Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Desire to work as part of a larger team multidisciplinary team of BCBAs, Psychologists, and related specialists This position also includes: Weekly direct supervision with a senior-level BCBA Weekly participation in clinical teams and group supervision Participation in center-based professional development for Type 2 CEs Opportunities for growth and development of clinical skills Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians throughout the organization.
