About the Role:
This Entry Level Junior Marketing Specialist position is a hands-on, in-person role where you’ll gain experience across marketing, sales, customer service, and leadership development. You’ll work directly with customers in a retail/event-based environment, helping drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns in a retail environment
- Build relationships and engage directly with customers
- Promote client products/services and drive new customer acquisitions
- Deliver exceptional customer service and brand representation
- Collaborate with a high-energy team to hit daily and weekly targets
Qualifications:
- Entry-level (0–2 years experience) — recent grads and career changers encouraged
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive mindset with a goal-oriented attitude
- Quick learner with interest in marketing, sales, or business
- Must be comfortable in a customer-facing, on-site environment
