Practical Nurse

Job TitleThe duties include: Providing pre-and post-medical monitoring. Performing independent nursing care functions, including medical surveillance, health screening, counseling, education, and training to prevent disease and health maintenance for the Occupational Health Program (OHP).Performing a comprehensive assessment of workers' medical history, physical appearance, mental/emotional status, hazardous exposures, work duties, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage. Conducting work site visits and determining the need for medical surveillance testing. Performing a variety of administrative clerical and medical record duties.
