Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have:
4+ years of experience and a current California RN license. As an RN in the Labor and Delivery unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess the physical and emotional health of patients throughout labor and delivery.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
Administer medications and manage labor progress as directed.
Document patient care and interventions in the EMR system (Meditech/CPN).Assist in various procedures including deliveries and C-sections.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
Must have a valid California RN license.
BLS certification required.4+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing preferred.
