Coach

As a GForce Gymnastics and Parkour Coach, you are instrumental in the development and fitness for the children in your care! A successful Coach has a strong understanding of gymnastics: safety, progressions, and coaching techniques. You set the tone for your classes following THE WAY! ESSENTIAL TRAITS AND QUALIFICATIONS Safe and effective instruction of skills and progressions Positive approach to coaching Friendly, Flexible, Focused, Fair, and Fun Strong understanding of gymnastics and parkour Calm under pressure and/or when handling kids and customers Strong leadership and organizational skills Reliable and basic problem solving skills

Use and promote emotionally positive verbiage and corrections Follow lesson plans and rotation schedules Follow and complete shared cleaning duties Take accurate attendance Start and end classes on time Safety & Compliance: Teach what you know Follow GForce procedures and policies Use equipment as instructed and intended Follow all gym, floor, and equipment safety standards Follow Emergency Action Plans Follow Employee Handbook Keep USAG, Background, and CPR/ First Aid certifications up to date Show up on time, in uniform, as scheduled, with a smile and positive attitude

Follow procedures to request time off, change availability Communicate in a kind way with management, colleagues, and customers Be helpful and mindful of last minute changes or needs of the gym Know and promote GForce programs and special events Greet students and parents A DAY IN THE LIFE Arrive and clock in on time Read, understand, and confirm Deputy posts from Management Coach classes using THE WAY method Complete extra duties as assigned by Location Manager Promote GForce Gymnastics & Parkour in a positive manner both in and out of the gym Have fun!
