A Mill Operator operates and maintains milling machinery to transform raw materials into finished products, such as components in manufacturing! This position requires the following: Critical Thinking Ability to analysis and evaluate an issue to form a judgment. Technical Knowledge: A high level of technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude related to operating and maintaining milling machines. Attention to Detail: Essential for precise operation, quality control, and identifying potential issues. Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and resolve equipment faults and inefficiencies.
