Senior Environmental & Natural Resources Counsel

The Natural Resources Section of the U.S. Department of Justice, part of the Energy and Natural Resources Division, seeks a senior-level litigator. This role focuses on complex federal litigation involving natural resources, environmental, and cultural resource statutes, with responsibility across multiple courts. Candidates must have a J.D., be an active bar member, and be a U.S. citizen or national, plus at least 10 years of post-J.D. litigation experience.
