ABOUT BROOKS SAFETY SOLUTIONSBrooks Safety Solutions (BSS) is a private equity-backed (H.I.G. BSS is executing an aggressive growth strategy supported by organic growth and an active M&A pipeline. BSS is undergoing significant organizational change, including continued acquisitions, organizational restructuring, technology transformation, and growth across its brands. The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, helping translate business strategy into organizational and people solutions, while also helping stand up foundational HR programs that do not yet exist at BSS today.
