What We Look ForStrong business judgment, financial discipline, ownership, and the ability to lead people are essential.
The ideal candidate understands that running a business requires attention to both the details and the bigger picture. Someone comfortable working with numbers, managing competing priorities, and making decisions that protect the company's resources while supporting its growth.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building structure as much as operating within it. Someone who works independently, takes pride in solving problems, and understands that leadership in a small company often means being directly involved in the work.
Schedule + Work Environment:
This is a full-time, hands-on position based in Doral, FL, with an in-office schedule Monday through Friday. We're currently testing hybrid Mondays. As my right hand in running the business, I'm looking for someone who understands that this level of responsibility can extend beyond traditional office hours, with flexibility for occasional Saturdays and availability as business needs arise.
How to Apply:
If you've taken the time to read through the job description, feel aligned with the expectations, and genuinely see yourself taking on this challenge alongside me, I'd love to hear from you.
Please email me directly at careers@shopgaui.com with your resume and a brief personal introduction.
I believe a resume doesn't always tell the whole story, and I'd love to learn more about you, your experience, and what draws you to this opportunity.
I'd especially appreciate hearing about the businesses you've helped operate, the teams you've managed, your involvement in financial decision-making, and the measurable improvements you've contributed to.
Thank you for considering being part of what we're building at Gaui.
