AI Hardware Sales Specialist
Location: North America – Remote
Travel: Occasional travel as required
Package: $100k - $150k Base Salary + Commission ($300k+ OTE)
The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced AI Hardware Sales Specialist to join a growing technology business expanding rapidly within the AI infrastructure and data centre hardware market. This is a specialist commercial role focused on the buying and selling of high-value AI hardware, particularly NVIDIA data centre products and systems. The successful candidate will bring genuine market knowledge, established industry relationships and a proven track record of trading enterprise AI hardware. This is not a traditional ITAD, electronics distribution or generalist brokerage position. We are looking for someone who understands the rapidly developing AI hardware market and can identify commercial opportunities across both the supply and demand side.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with buyers and sellers of enterprise AI hardware across North America.
Identify and execute buying and selling opportunities involving high-value AI infrastructure.
Develop new customer and supplier relationships within the AI hardware and data centre ecosystem.
Trade NVIDIA data centre products and complete systems, including products such as A100 and H100 platforms.
Understand and navigate the regulatory, geographical and commercial restrictions associated with trading AI hardware.
Identify verified buyers and appropriate routes to market for restricted or high-value equipment.
Source equipment through existing relationships and develop new supply channels.
Negotiate pricing, margins and commercial terms to maximise profitability.
Track market movements, supply availability, demand and residual values across the AI hardware sector.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure opportunities are commercially viable and executed effectively.
Build a long-term network across AI infrastructure, data centres, hyperscalers, resellers, brokers and other relevant organisations.
About You:
We are particularly interested in individuals who have genuine, demonstrable experience within the AI hardware market.
You may come from an IT hardware broker, hardware reseller, infrastructure specialist, technology trader or a related environment, but you will need to demonstrate more than general NVIDIA product knowledge.
Ideally, you will have:
Proven experience buying and/or selling enterprise AI hardware.
Strong knowledge of NVIDIA data centre products, particularly A100, H100 or comparable platforms.
A demonstrable track record of completing transactions involving significant volumes or values of AI hardware.
An established network of relevant buyers, sellers, suppliers or trading partners.
Understanding of the restrictions and compliance considerations surrounding AI hardware sales.
Strong commercial negotiation and relationship-building skills.
The ability to identify opportunities and independently drive them through to completion.
A commercially entrepreneurial approach, with a strong focus on margin and revenue generation.
The business is open to candidates with a strength in either sales or sourcing, as well as individuals capable of managing both sides of a transaction.
Location & Working Environment:
The role will be fully remote within North America, with flexibility around location.
