Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory complianceConduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across job sites and facilitiesInvestigate workplace incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and lead root cause analysis effortsDeliver safety training and toolbox talks to employees at all levelsMonitor and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulationsMaintain accurate EHS records, reports, and documentation including OSHA 300 logsCollaborate with management and field teams to promote a strong safety cultureIdentify hazards and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risk Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred 2+ years of experience in an EHS, HSE, or safety specialist roleWorking knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and Texas state safety and environmental regulationsExperience conducting safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analysisStrong communication and training skills with the ability to engage diverse teamsRelevant certifications such as CSP, CHMM, or OSHA 30 are a plusProficiency in maintaining safety records and preparing compliance reportsSelf-motivated, highly organized, and committed to continuous safety improvement About Us: ReelSafe Safety LLC is a trusted safety solutions provider based in Burnett, TX, dedicated to delivering top-tier environmental, health, and safety services to our clients.
