- Shipping & Receiving Operator
- Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Operator for a company in the 75247 area. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the unloading of materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them in assigned warehouse space.
- Pay Rate$18.00 to $19.00 per hour
- Schedule and Hours6:00am to 2:30pm Wednesday to Sunday6:00am to 2:30pm Thursday to Monday6:00am to 2:30pm Friday to Tuesday3:00pm to 11:30pm Wednesday to Sunday3:00pm to 11:30pm Thursday to Monday3:00pm to 11:30pm Friday to Tuesday2nd Shift shifts will change to 5:30pm to 2:00am once trained
- Shipping & Receiving Operator and Responsibilities
- Locate and move packaged products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
- Loading and unloading packages.
- Sorting and scanning packages to each Dept.
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
- Meet production goals and timelines while following company, safety, quality, customer, and regulatory standards.
- Manage all required records and reports.
- Shipping & Receiving Operator Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Must be detailed oriented with good organizational skills.
- Must be able to work as a team and individually.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment and meet production goals or quotas.
- Good hand-eye coordination, and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
