Official Website: About the Role Vocalbeats is looking for a Los Angeles-based Church Outreach Intern to help build meaningful partnerships with local churches. You will connect with pastors, church staff, and community members through church visits, services, events, and informal conversations. You will introduce our AI product and Church Ambassador Program, explore partnership opportunities, and help turn initial conversations into active collaborations. This role is well suited to a student or recent graduate who understands local church communities, enjoys meeting people, and can independently follow through on outreach opportunities.
What You Will Do:
Drive partnership conversion by moving qualified church leads from initial outreach to confirmed collaborations, including church partnerships, Bible study groups, community events, etc.
Drive new user acquisition through church partnerships, ambassador referrals, and online or offline promotional activities, with a focus on generating measurable registrations and active users.
Research churches across Los Angeles and surrounding areas, identify potential partners, and maintain an organized outreach database.
Proactively contact pastors, church staff, and community leaders through email, phone, and in-person conversations.
Attend church services and community events, arrange coffee chats, and conduct partnership visits to build trusted relationships.
Introduce our AI product and the Church Ambassador Program, listen to each church’s needs, and identify relevant ways to collaborate.
Connect with appropriate decision-makers, arrange follow-up meetings, and support the planning and execution of online and in-person collaborations.
Track outreach activity, partnership progress, and next steps.
Gather product feedback from church leaders and members and share practical insights with the team.
What We Are Looking For:
Strong familiarity with Protestant and non-denominational Christian churches, communities, and church culture. Our primary focus is on these communities rather than Catholic churches.
Existing connections with local churches, pastors, ministry leaders, or Christian organizations in the Los Angeles area are a strong plus.
Results-driven mindset, with a strong interest in business development, partnership conversion, and user acquisition.
Currently based in Los Angeles, with the ability to travel regularly to churches and events across LA and nearby areas.
Experience with church volunteering, community outreach programs, campus Christian organizations, or church event coordination is especially relevant.
Fluent English and strong interpersonal communication skills, with the confidence to initiate conversations with pastors, church staff, and community members.
A proactive, organized approach to outreach, relationship-building, and follow-up. Ability to independently arrange meetings, attend events, and keep multiple partnership conversations moving forward.
Availability to work 3–5 days per week, with flexibility for occasional weekend events, typically lasting up to 4–5 hours. Weekly hours and event schedules will be agreed in advance.
Nice to Have:
Experience in community outreach, campus ambassador programs, partnerships, influencer marketing, or in-person promotion.
Experience presenting a product or organizing activities for community groups.
Existing professional or volunteer connections within LA church communities.
Why Join Us:
