Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for CT Revenue customers, addressing billing and revenue-cycle-related inquiries Guide customers in navigating CT Revenue functionalities and explain claims, payments, and denials Research customer-reported issues and escalate complex questions with complete context and documentationRequired qualifications 2+ years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle operations, or healthcare customer service preferred Hands-on chiropractic billing experience with familiarity in common billing concepts and codes Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and insurance terminology Strong research, troubleshooting, and documentation skills Medical billing or coding certification such as CPB or CPC is preferred but not required
