Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial HVAC equipment and mechanical systems. Repair and maintain boilers, chillers, rooftop units (RTUs), packaged units, split systems, and refrigeration equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and identify potential system failures. Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and local codes. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers and team members. Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records. Respond to emergency service calls as needed.

Qualifications: Two or more years of commercial HVAC service experience preferredExperience servicing boilers, chillers, RTUs, packaged units, refrigeration equipment, and related mechanical systemsStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsEPA certification requiredOSHA 10 certification preferred (required within 90 days of hire) Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work independently and collaborativelyCompensation Starting pay: $35+ per hour Compensation is based on experience, certifications, technical expertise, and overall qualifications.
