Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time position with an established healthcare organization in California's Central Valley near Modesto. The CRNA will provide high-quality anesthesia care within a collaborative surgical environment supported by experienced physicians, nurses, and procedural professionals.

Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
- Review patient histories and diagnostic information
- Develop individualized anesthesia plans
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
- Manage patients throughout the perioperative process
- Monitor physiological responses and intervene appropriately
- Support postoperative recovery and pain management
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and procedural teams
- Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation
- Follow applicable quality, regulatory, and patient-safety standards
Qualifications:- Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program
- Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility
- Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility
- Current BLS and ACLS certificationsPALS certification when required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Experienced CRNAs and qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply
