Senior Claims & Litigation Executive / Attorney Transportation • Trucking • Logistics Up to $200K Base + Bonus (DOE) New York City or Louisiana | Hybrid A well-established global insurance carrier is seeking a Senior Claims & Litigation Executive / Attorney to join its growing transportation claims operation. This leadership position supports continued business growth while delivering high-quality claims and advisory services to members, brokers, and clients within the transportation, trucking, logistics, port, and terminal sectors.
Primary responsibilities include:- Managing complex transportation, trucking, logistics, and litigation claims
- Providing strategic claims guidance and technical expertise
- Advising clients and brokers on complex claims matters
- Assisting with contract review and risk assessment
- Supporting new business development and client retention initiatives
- Participating in the training and development of claims and underwriting personnel
- Building strong relationships with clients, brokers, and senior leadership
- Qualified candidates will possess:5-10+ years of transportation, trucking, logistics, or over-the-road claims litigation experienceJ.D. required
- College degree required
- Strong business acumen and executive-level communication skills
- Ability to travel to clients and brokers as needed
- Thorough understanding of complex commercial claims handling
Compensation includes a base salary up to $200,000 plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
This hybrid opportunity is available in either the New York City metropolitan area or Louisiana.
