Support mobility and safe transfers (e.g., in/out of bed or vehicles).Provide companionship and emotional support through engaging conversation and activities. Manage meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and medication assistance. Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and tidy living environment. Document and report changes in client health conditions to the healthcare team.Qualifications:Required (Must Have)-DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED-Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience specifically as a caregiver, personal care attendant, or in a similar care role. Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and a willingness to drive for work-related duties.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of basic caregiving principles, personal hygiene, and safety practices.
Preferred:
5 years of professional experience specifically as a caregiver, personal care attendant, or in a similar care role. Active Caregiving or Personal Care certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
