Staff Growth PM: Activation, Retention & Lifecycle

Grindr is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Growth to partner with our Head of Growth and build Grindr’s growth function across the user lifecycle. You’ll own key initiatives that optimize activation, retention, and reactivation through data-driven decisions. This hybrid role involves collaboration with Data Science, Marketing, and international teams to translate insights into scalable product priorities and measurable outcomes.
