The role will drive execution of key business priorities, coordinate complex cross-functional programs, and help identify opportunities to improve productivity, scalability, and operational efficiencyYou will work closely with stakeholders across Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Technology, and external partners to deliver strategic initiatives and drive business outcomes. The role will help translate strategic objectives into executable activities, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and support the Equities transformation agenda through process improvement, automation, AI adoption, and operating model enhancementsStrategic Program Delivery (Approx. 80%)Drive execution of strategic Equities programs such as New Product Approval and trading system migrations across Structured Equity Financing, Derivatives, and broader Equities businessesDevelop and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, weekly governance & status reporting, and stakeholder communicationsDrive program execution, resolve issues, and manage risks to ensure initiatives are delivered on time within scope and budget, and with the intended business benefits realizedPartner with trading desks and downstream business stakeholders to develop Business Requirements Documents and work closely with Technology stakeholders to translate the requirements to actionable roadmaps and deliverable outcomesChallenge assumptions and ask insightful questions to identify root causes and drive effective problem-solvingBusiness Transformation (Approx. 20%)Partner with business stakeholders to identify and drive opportunities to automate or optimize workflow with AI, RPA, Data Analytics across the Equities franchiseEvaluate and prioritize automation opportunities based on business impact, return on investment, feasibility, and risk and control considerations, and track benefits against agreed KPIsCollaborate with technology teams to develop and implement automation solutionsEstablish a pipeline of automation and transformation initiatives aligned to Equities strategic objectivesSupport AI and automation initiatives that improve front-office productivity, client servicing, workflow efficiency, and scalabilityREQUIREMENTS:5 - 10 years of experience in program management, business transformation, or COO functionsProven track record delivering end-to-end Sales & Trading programs working with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Finance, Compliance, Technology, and Control stakeholdersProgram Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent strategic programs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including planning, execution, and governanceHands-on experience developing business requirements documents (BRDs), program timeline, RACI matrices, budgets, and status reporting dashboards/decksStrong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to developconsensus and influence outcomes across senior stakeholder groupsTransformation: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems or opportunities, and translate insights into prioritized, actionable initiativesExperience delivering automation and workflow optimization initiatives, including AI, RPA, and dataanalytics solutions, with a strong control mindsetWorking knowledge of AI and automation technologies; Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar tools is a plusMinimum Bachelor's Degree
