APPLY NOWThe HT Group is seeking a Program Service Scheduler for our client in Beaumont. Spanish bilingual preferred. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Employment Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire (Fully Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (35–40 hrs/week)
Pay Rate: $18 / hour
Responsibilities:
- Schedule clients for imaging services.
- Handle intake calls, applications, and client questions.
- Accurately complete data entry and maintain client information.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication.
- Provide professional, compassionate customer service.
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette, grammar, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
- Administrative experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and able to learn new systems.
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable working in a small team.
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred.
