CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead and scale its commercial legal operations, reporting to the Vice President & General Counsel. This hands-on role develops contract frameworks, manages risk, and supports cross-functional teams across product, finance, and operations to enable growth and successful go-to-market strategies.
You will draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, build scalable processes, and oversee governance, IP, and international matters.
