- Build your own target lists. We will show you what a good-fit company looks like; you find them.

- Follow up inside 24 hours, every time.
- Keep your activity and your pipeline current the same day.
- Compensation$50,000 base, plus variable for meetings booked and pipeline that converts.~$75,000 on-target earnings. Uncapped.

- A quiet workspace and reliable internet.
- Located in the United States and authorized to work here without sponsorship.
- Not required
- Industry experience, a degree, or a background in software. We will teach you the market.
- What this job is not
- Not email-only. Not a seat where leads arrive in your inbox. Not a 9-to-5 with a dashboard for a manager. Small team, high expectations, and nowhere to hide — which is also why the good ones like it here.
- How we hireA 20-minute conversation with the founder.
- A live cold call during the interview. We give you a name and a number and you dial while we listen.
- Bring 20 companies you would call in week one, built from public sources.
- References we call ourselves, then an offer. xhqgsiq If you would rather be judged on what you produced than on how you looked doing it, apply.
