Job Description Job Description Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour Job description: We're looking for a Low Voltage Pro to join our team. This isn't a helper role-we need someone who already knows the ropes and can take a project from rough-in to finish with minimal oversight. What You'll Do:
Install, terminate, and test low voltage systems: data cabling (Cat5e/6/6a), fiber optic, AV, security, access control, CCTV, and related infrastructureRead and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and wiring diagramsExecute structured cabling projects-new builds, remodels, and service workRack, stack, and dress cabling/equipment to a professional standardTroubleshoot and resolve system issues quickly and effectivelyWork independently and lead small crews when neededDeliver jobs on time and to spec What We're Looking For Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in low voltage installation-structured cabling, security, or AV systemsSolid understanding of EIA/TIA cabling standards and best practicesComfortable using test equipment, punch-down tools, fiber termination gear, etc. OSHA 10/30, BICSI, or manufacturer certifications a plus (but not required if experience is strong) Must have reliable transportation, basic hand tools, and a clean professional appearanceStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship Why Join Us Competitive pay (based on experience and skill) Opportunities for growth into lead tech or project management rolesWork with a team that values professionalism and quality over cutting corners Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Fuel cardPaid time offProfessional development assistanceTools provided Work Location: In person
