A natural curiosity and confidence when learning new technology, software, and business systems.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research information and think critically.
The ability to manage a high volume of member interactions while maintaining professionalism and composure.
A team-oriented approach and willingness to continue learning.
Previous customer service, call center, or technically oriented service experience. Two or more years is highly desirable.
Two years of college education is desired but not required. Candidates must successfully complete applicable technical assessments.
