APPLY NOWRecruitment Learning & Development Consultant Chicago, ILWe're looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Learning & Development team and help train, coach, and develop our recruitment consultants. This is an opportunity for someone with a recruitment background to transition into Learning & Development while using the expertise they've built on a recruitment desk.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver onboarding and training sessions
- Coach recruiters on business development, candidate management, negotiation, and sales performance
- Support consultants through one-to-one and group coaching
- Partner with managers to improve performance and progression
- Develop training materials and recruitment best practices
What We're Looking For:
- Recruitment or staffing experience
- Success in a sales-driven recruitment environment
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- A genuine interest in developing others
- Interest in building a career in Learning & Development
Previous training, mentoring, or onboarding experience is beneficial but not essential.
