Creative Entertainment Curator Miami, Florida | Remote | Full-Time | Travel Occasionally International Event Bookings (IEB) is growing, and we are looking for a creative, culturally curious professional to join our team in Miami. IEB works across international entertainment, cultural experiences, luxury hospitality, cruise, yacht, and destination programming. We connect exceptional people, ideas, and experiences with audiences around the world. This is an opportunity to contribute to the development of distinctive entertainment and cultural experiences for leading international clients. We are looking for someone who can: • Discover inspiring talent, ideas, and experiences from around the world. • Develop creative concepts that bring destinations and cultures to life. • Identify opportunities across entertainment, enrichment, wellness, artisan, and experiential programming. • Research emerging trends and unique cultural offerings. • Help shape proposals and creative presentations for clients. • Build relationships with artists, specialists, cultural organisations, and creative partners. • Work collaboratively across creative, commercial, research, and operational teams. • Balance originality and imagination with professionalism, quality, and commercial awareness. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas: • Entertainment or talent curation. • Cultural programming. • Experiential events. • Luxury hospitality or travel. • Cruise, yacht, or destination experiences. • Creative development or production. • Arts, culture, wellness, or specialist programming. You will be naturally curious, highly organised, confident communicating ideas, and comfortable working across international markets and cultures. Most importantly, you will have the imagination to recognise an exceptional opportunity and the ability to help turn it into a memorable guest experience. Cruise industry experience is helpful, but not essential. We are equally interested in people with strong creative judgement, cultural awareness, research skills, and a genuine passion for discovering what is new, distinctive, and meaningful. This is a Miami-based hybrid role with the potential for international travel.
