Job Overview: This role is critical in helping provide excellent care for our clients, both human and canine! Much like a nurse supports a doctor, Bathers prepare, assist, and care for the pets before and after grooming so our Groomicians can focus on their craft. They also help keep the facility clean and help ensure the smooth operation of each day. There are no solo performers at our company - we use a team approach to providing the best grooming experience for our clients, while also providing the best employment experience for our team.
