Henry is seeking a Head of Talent/Founding Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring plan, from VP to BDR, and to build a scalable in-house recruitment engine. You will source top talent for AI-native proptech growth, design interview loops with scorecards, and close offers that attract senior engineers and revenue leaders. You will replace agency spend by building an in-house pipeline and work directly with the CEO to scale rapidly in NYC, with equity and top-market compensation.
