Area Manager - Fort Wayne Branch

Area Manager Under the direction of the Operations Manager, Area Managers will serve as the point of contact in multiple accounts and provide direction to personnel.

Participates in employee concerns: reporting, follow up, investigation and disciplinary processes as needed. Must display the ability to apply solutions to resolve issues and/or manage conflict. Must be capable of displaying effective time management skills Attend and participate in Daily Area Manager 4pm Meeting
