Load Out TechnicianLocation: 7611 LAKE RD S, Mobile AL 36605 Starting Pay- $24.00 Differential Pay: $2/HR for shift differential and $3/HR for overtime Key Responsibilities: Execute load-out, spooling, and material handling of subsea umbilicals and related equipmentPerform rigging, lifting, spooling to installation reels, and seafastening per approved procedures and lift plansSpool umbilicals onto installation reels and directly to vessels, ensuring safety and product integritySet up and manage umbilical routing from yard to vessel, maintaining proper alignment and tension controlOperate cranes, winches, and lifting equipment in compliance with safe work practicesInstall and verify seafastening of umbilicals, reels, and transport structuresSupport load-out activities including movement, positioning, and securing of equipmentConduct pre-use inspections of lifting gear, rigging, and tools; report defects and hazardsAdhere to HSE standards, work instructions, and quality requirements in a dynamic yard environmentMaintain equipment, work areas, and storage locations to housekeeping standardsCoordinate with production, crane operators, vessel crews, and logistics personnel for safe operations
