The Emergency Room RN will deliver acute care to geriatric, adult, pediatric, and obstetric patients. Responsibilities include patient assessment, initiating appropriate interventions, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role supports a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and quality of care.
Required Qualifications:
Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). Minimal ADN (Associate Degree in Nursing) required. No minimum experience required.
Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in emergency care settings, especially with adult, pediatric, or obstetric trauma patients.
Additional Information:
Potential pull to sit 1:1 on patient. Equipment used includes EKG, ultrasound, LUCAS, EZ-IO, Omnicell, stretcher, wheelchair, and Medtronic devices.
