APPLY NOWCisco is seeking a Test Engineer in San Jose with 3+ years in SOC/VLSI bring-up to drive ATE test bring-up, characterization, and production release. You’ll work with the ASIC team to develop tests and improve coverage, ensuring production readiness and quality across OSAT partners.
You will lead testing initiatives, write scripts in C, C++, Java, PERL, and Python, and contribute to yield improvements in a fast-paced hardware environment. Hybrid work from San Jose office available.
