As a Plating Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our plating operations. Your day-to-day includes:
Assisting with all plating tasks: checking tanks, valves, and filters; loading and unloading racks; monitoring solution circulation and pump function.
Maintaining baths in top condition and recording all tank additions.
Communicating with team leads and Chemical Process Technicians to keep operations smooth.
Performing basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to support production goals.
Ensuring a safe, organized, and clean workspace at all times.
Detail-oriented, with strong judgment and proactive energy.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Committed to safety and willing to follow procedures closely.
Requirements:
Able to read and write English.
Capable of lifting parts up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable standing, walking, stooping, crouching, and performing repetitive movements all day.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Willing to work overtime as needed (up to 10-hour shifts).
Basic math skills and ability to perform visual inspections of parts.
