Business Solutions Leader
Overview:- The Business Solutions Leader bridges business and IT to deliver strategic technology solutions. This role partners with C-suite executives and business units to align technology initiatives with organizational goals, improve efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- The ideal candidate has strong healthcare payer experience and can serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping solve complex business challenges and prioritize technology initiatives.

- Contract-to-hire opportunity, with an initial 3–6 month contract period
- Fully remote, working East Coast business hours
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
- Must have healthcare payer experience
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with executive leadership and business stakeholders.
Partner with business units to identify challenges and recommend technology solutions.
Prioritize initiatives based on business needs, strategic goals, and technology roadmaps.
Develop technology strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable IT solutions.
Work across business and technical teams to support strategic initiatives.
Provide guidance on enterprise architecture, applications, infrastructure, and integrations.
Evaluate technology opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and business performance.
Support continuous improvement, innovation, and effective technology adoption.
Ensure technology initiatives deliver measurable business value.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.10–12+ years of relevant IT, business technology, or consulting experience.5+ years of leadership experience.
Strong healthcare payer experience is required.
Deep understanding of healthcare payer operations and clinical business domains.
Experience analyzing business needs and developing strategic technology initiatives.
Experience with enterprise-level strategy, planning, and execution.
Technical understanding of cloud technologies, data architecture, integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor, connecting business goals with technology solutions.
