Physician Family Practice-Without OB - Competitive Salary

Compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $250k-$270k DOE with a strong RVU model that is paid out quarterly. M-F 8-5. 17-24 PPD. Minimal Call on own panel. EPIC EMR. Physicians have flexibility regarding the number of new patients incorporated into their daily shedule. Physicians supervising APPs may receive credit for 30% of APPs RVU Productivity. Admin time may be negotiable as the physician's patient panel develops. Flexibility regarding the patient age populations they prefer to treat. xmcpwfu APP supervision is generally managed by medical leadership, physicians may participate in supervision.
