Director of Licensing & Regulatory Affairs – Fusion Energy

Xcimer Energy in Denver, CO is seeking a Director of Licensing & Regulatory Affairs to lead the regulatory strategy for current and future facilities. This on-site, full-time role reports to executive leadership and partners with Engineering, Legal, and Environmental teams to ensure compliant license planning. You will own the NRC and Agreement State interactions, manage license applications, renewals, and inspections, and build a regulatory commitments register.
