We combine farm-direct sourcing and a broad assortment with easy online ordering and personal commercial support.
The role:
Every month, hundreds of floral professionals register with iBuyFlowers without immediately placing an order. You'll follow up with assigned guest accounts, understand their needs and help turn their interest into a first purchase. As an early point of contact, you'll represent iBuyFlowers in every conversation. This is a high-volume outbound calling role. The expectation is 300+ logged activities per week (calls and follow-ups) in HubSpot. Most of every day is spent on the phone: dialing leads, qualifying interest and closing first orders. You should enjoy a fast pace, consistent follow-up and measurable daily results. This junior role offers the opportunity to build your sales skills, confidence and pipeline management discipline.
What you'll do:
- Follow up with registered guest accounts by phone and email.
- Qualify and prioritize prospects by buying needs, timing and potential.
- Explain how iBuyFlowers works and guide customers through their first order.
- Bring in an experienced colleague when an opportunity needs additional support.
- Keep HubSpot records accurate, with clear next actions and outcomes.
- Coordinate smooth handoffs to onboarding or Account Management.
- Share customer feedback and recurring objections to help improve our approach.
- Success means more first-time buyers, stronger conversion and consistent, well-organized follow-up.
- What you bring
- Approximately 0–2 years of relevant sales, customer service or outreach experience.
- Floral industry experience.
- Confidence speaking with customers and asking for the sale.
- Energy, resilience and comfort with high-volume phone outreach.
- Strong organization and reliable follow-through.
- Willingness to learn, act on feedback and work toward clear targets.
- Comfort using digital tools; CRM experience is a plus.

- Annual base salary of 45,000–63,000, plus a performance-based bonus structure to be finalized.
