If you’re working for a company where you’re judged more on sales, service contract quotas, or accessory add-ons than on your actual repair skills, you’re not alone. Many talented technicians feel stuck in systems that prioritize revenue over craftsmanship.
At Diamond Factory Service, the business is built differently — and technicians from competitors notice the difference immediately.
Why Technicians Leave Competitors for Diamond
No sales pressure. No service contracts. No accessory quotas. Performance is based on diagnostic and repair skills.
Realistic routing. Territories are designed around your home address to reduce windshield time.
Support that actually helps. Access to parts, tech support, and leadership that understands the job.
A stable, respected company. Over 30 years in business, specializing in Whirlpool brands as an authorized service provider.
A culture built around technicians. Technicians are treated as skilled professionals, not numbers.
