Production Associate / Garment Processor

Job Description: In this role, you will inspect garments, apply heat-sealed barcodes and emblems, and assist with basic sewing and garment alterations. No sewing experience? No problem! Sewing experience is preferred but not required. Training is provided for dependable candidates who have strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Job Responsibilities: Inspect garments for correct color, size, quantity, and quality. Apply barcodes, emblems, ID tapes, and labels using heat-sealing equipment. Perform basic sewing, cutting, and hemming as needed. Verify that barcodes and labels are applied accurately. Inspect finished garments for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow production instructions and safety procedures. Meet daily production and quality expectations.

Qualifications: Strong attention to detail is required. Sewing or industrial sewing machine experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand for up to 7 hours during an 8-hour shift. Ability to understand verbal instructions and read written instructions in English. Willingness to learn heat-sealing and garment processing procedures.
