Production & Maintenance Operations Lead

Prysmian seeks an experienced Manufacturing Leader to oversee production and maintenance at our New Hampshire facility. You will coordinate schedules, optimize resources, and drive reliability to meet targets while fostering a safe, quality-focused environment. You will partner with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to resolve issues, lead lean improvement initiatives, and develop teams to improve uptime and lower costs in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
