CAD Technician / Draftsperson

𝗖𝗔𝗗 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻 / 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻Location: Northwest Arakansas Full-Time / Part-Time$45,000–$55,000 / ($22–$26/hr) We are looking for a skilled and motivated CAD Technician / Draftsperson to support the development of construction drawing sets, to help bring bike parks, action sports facilities, trail systems, and outdoor recreation projects to life. You'll work alongside our landscape architects, bike park designers, trail planners, and construction teams on projects across the U.S. and beyond.𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:Prepare assemble construction documents (CD) sets, including site plans, grading plans, elevations, cross-sections, and technical details. Develop construction details for complex and non-standard site features, concrete geometry, retaining elements, and custom steel fabrication. Utilize 2D drafting and 3D modeling software to refine designs and solve construction challenges. Translate design concepts, sketches, surveys, and field data into accurate, and well organized plans. Maintain CAD standards, drawing organization, and quality control across project documentation. Coordinate with designers, engineers, and construction teams to accurately communicate design intent.𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:Graduated from (or enrolled in) CAD program.
