Responsibilities include drafting coverage opinions, taking depositions, and litigating through trial. Qualified candidates have a JD, active Missouri and Kansas licenses, and 3+ years (associate) or 8+ years (senior) of insurer-side experience. Most work is in-office with some flexibility for senior attorneys.
